New York City-based journalist and photographer working across New Jersey, California, Florida, and the DMV.
My name's Gabriel. I'm a writer first and foremost, and a photographer second. I've got a serious passion for all things music, and if I'm being honest, the main reason I picked up a camera was to get closer to some of my favorite artists on stage, and to capture some of the wild, unbelievable moments that make live music so amazing.
In the last few years, I've produced a wide array of visual and editorial content for a number of companies, including Sony Music, Def Jam Records, the RIAA, the progressive roots & reggae vanguard Rootfire, and the Australian media beacon Life Without Andy. With Life Without Andy specifically, I contributed a considerable amount of copywriting toward branded campaigns for clients like Vans, Red Bull, Corona, Reebok, Burton, and more.
I am currently pursuing full-time freelance work – including feature writing, copywriting, digital marketing design, and editorial photography/videography – in the Greater NYC Area. Clients range from independent artists (The Holdup, Krown Vic, New Kingston, etc.), to major record labels (Def Jam Records, Sony Music Ent.), to global media companies (Live Nation, iHeart Media, Madison Square Garden, etc.).
